SOME-ISM Terms of Service This website is operated by SOME-ISM. 

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.

By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store.

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.

We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected. 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

SOME-ISM Refund Policy

Order Cancellations
Customers cannot cancel an order after it has been processed. We try to ensure that all product information is accurate and complete, and that the photographs clearly indicate the shape and color of each item. Exchanges and/or refunds cannot be made due to customer error.

Custom Fees
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for paying customs fees and for providing any documents required by customs in your country. If the customer refuses to pay imposed customs duty taxes, the package will be sent back to us.

Damaged Products
We will only replace or refund items sent by EMS (express mail) if damaged upon receipt by the customer. To be eligible, the customer has seven (7) days to notify customer service at info@some-ism.com with photos of the damaged product(s) along with the order number.

In order to receive a replacement or refund, the damaged product(s) must be returned in its original packaging. Please understand that the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returned items and that these shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once returned items have been received, we will notify the customer via email and commence the process for either a replacement or refund. In the case of a refund, we will refund the customer the amount of the order minus 1) the payment processing fees that were imposed at the time the order was placed and 2) the shipping cost we were charged by the carrier to send the package.

※ As packages delivered via EMS (express mail) are insured (up to 20,000 yen), some costs may be recoverable once the customer has reported the damaged product(s) issue to the appropriate delivery company in his/her country. SOME-ISM will be responsible for reporting the issue to the EMS (express mail) office based in Japan.
